All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. For orders with advanced payment, the payment itself will be considered as the confirmation of the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order will be processed and shipped only after confirmation.

We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes between 3-7 days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

8. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Pakistan.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages

10. Order Cancellation
You should contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Additionally, if you have already made a payment, your payment will not be refunded. Instead, you can place an order for a different item. Please ensure to carefully review and place your order to avoid any inconvenience.
11. Undelivered Prepaid Orders
If you have prepaid for your order on our site and for any reason, the order is not delivered to you and is returned to us, we will reship the order to you at no additional cost.
