1. General Warranty
At ezeby.pk, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise during normal use. If you encounter any problems with your product within this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
2. Warranty on Specific Items
For certain items, we offer different warranty periods:
1-Month Warranty: Most items come with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.
6-Month Warranty: Certain items come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. These items include select chargers and accessories
3. Warranty Conditions
The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, to claim the warranty.
Unboxing Video: We recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This video should clearly show the condition of the product and its packaging at the time of delivery. It will facilitate the warranty claim process.
Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear.
Repair or Replacement: If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from improper use or handling of the product, including but not limited to physical damage, exposure to liquids, excessive force, or unauthorized alterations.
Accidents: Damage caused by accidental drops, spills, or any other incidents not related to manufacturing defects.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made to the product by anyone other than an authorized service provider.
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear of the product over time, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.
Environmental Factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture, or other environmental conditions.
Negligence: Damage resulting from neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the product's usage instructions.
Third-Party Products: Issues arising from the use of third-party accessories or components not recommended by the manufacturer.
Software Issues: Any problems related to software, including but not limited to, operating system errors, application malfunctions, or data loss.
5. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. This means that the warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent owner or buyer of the product. The original purchaser must retain the proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, in order to claim the warranty. If the product is given as a gift, the original purchaser must initiate the warranty claim on behalf of the recipient.
6. How to Claim Your Warranty
To claim your warranty, please follow these steps:

Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
7. Warranty Claim Processing Time
Please allow 10-15 business days for us to check and process your warranty claim. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our warranty conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim. If approved, we will proceed with the repair or replacement of the item.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for warranty claims. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
