If a customer attempts to place multiple units of the same product model in a single order or through repeated attempts without prior approval, ezeby.pk reserves the right to review, modify, or cancel such orders without prior notice.

Products purchased from us come with either a 1-month or a 6-month warranty, depending on the item. These warranties cover any manufacturing defects or issues under normal use.
Warranty claims will be processed directly through our store. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with your warranty claims.
10. Unboxing and Claims
To facilitate the claims process, we require you to record an unboxing video when you receive your product. This video should clearly show the condition of the product and its packaging at the time of delivery, so that you can easily make a claim and it makes the process easier for us as well.
Change of Mind: Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
11. Order Processing
After receiving your order, orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. For orders with advanced payment, the payment itself will be considered as the confirmation of the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order will be processed and shipped only after confirmation.
We are not responsible for any delays during the delivery process as it is beyond our control. Any delays caused by shipping carriers will not be our responsibility.
12. User Reviews and Photos(Submission)
